  • MK Legacy is an online fashion store based in Karachi, Pakistan.
  • We offer clothing for Men and Women, including lawn suits, 2-piece suits, 3-piece suits, party wear, casual wear, and more.
  • We currently ship only within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping.
  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by MK Legacy.

2. Orders and Payments

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (name, address, phone number, etc.) is accurate and complete.
  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other available payment methods.
  • Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across all over Pakistan using reliable courier services.
  • Delivery time usually takes 3–7 working days (depending on your location).
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
  • MK Legacy is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy.
  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or wrong items delivered.
  • Change of mind returns are not accepted.

5. Product Information

  • We try our best to display accurate product images, colors, and descriptions.
  • Slight variations in color or design may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
  • All products are unstitched unless clearly mentioned as stitched.

  • All content, images, logos, and designs on MK Legacy are the property of MK Legacy.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • MK Legacy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
