📦 Open Parcel Policy
We offer Open Parcel Delivery — when the rider arrives at your doorstep, please open and check your parcel in front of the rider before accepting it.
✅ Satisfied? → Keep it and make your payment ❌ Not Satisfied? → Simply return it to the rider on the spot — no questions asked!
❌ No Returns After Acceptance
Once you have accepted the parcel from the rider, no returns or exchanges will be entertained. So please make sure to inspect your order carefully at the time of delivery.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Opening and checking the parcel in front of the rider is mandatory
- No claims or complaints will be accepted after the parcel has been accepted
- If the parcel was not checked in front of the rider, no return will be possible
- MK Legacy ships only within Pakistan
