Thank you for shopping with MK Legacy! We currently deliver only within Pakistan.
📍 Shipping Areas
- We ship to all cities and towns across Pakistan (including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sukkur, and remote areas).
🚚 Delivery Time
- Major Cities: 2 – 5 working days
- Other Cities / Towns: 4 – 7 working days
- Remote Areas: 5 – 10 working days
Delivery time starts after your order is confirmed and dispatched.
💰 Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination.
- Free Shipping on orders above Rs. [Add your amount, e.g., 3000] (if you offer it).
- For COD orders, additional courier charges may apply (clearly shown before payment).
📦 Order Processing
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
- During sale periods or festivals, processing time may take longer.
🔄 Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS.
- You can track your parcel using the courier service’s website or by contacting us.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, strikes, festivals, or courier delays. MK Legacy is not responsible for such delays.
- Please provide a correct and complete delivery address with a working phone number. Wrong or incomplete address may cause delays or extra charges.
- If the customer refuses to accept the delivery or the address is incorrect, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
🛡️ Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available across Pakistan.
- Full payment must be made to the rider at the time of delivery.
